English teacher Needed

Requirement

• BA degree or with two years of teaching experiences or TESOL/TEFL certificate,
• Native English speaking teacher majoring in English/Linguistics/Education is preferred,
• Less than 60 years old （mandatory retirement age）,
• No criminal record; Knowledge of Chinese culture is preferred,
• 16 periods of lessons a week (45 mins a period); One seminar to student every month (extra RMB 200/per class hour above salary),
• no part time job is allowed off campus,
• Chinese government Culture, laws and regulations should be observed.

Benefits and Compensations:

• The teacher is paid RMB 12000 for 12 months,
• Free furnished apartment is provided with all the necessary appliance,
• Utility for the said apartment is paid by university,
• Extra one-month salary (in lieu of airfare of a round-trip international direct flight from Shanghai to home country).
• City Transportation allowance RMB 500 per semester,
• Paid holidays within the contract term,
• A bonus of RMB 2,000 yuan based on teaching performance and assessment by faculty members and students.
